Westgrove Court Community Association, Inc.

This charming, single family neighborhood is a quiet residential enclave consisting of 34 homes centrally located within the 610 Loop. With close proximity to Downtown, the Houston Medical Center, and the Galleria, it is surrounded by many retail shops, public and private schools, and restaurants. The Westgrove Court Community Association, Inc. (WCCA) was formed in 2019 under Chapter 204 of the Texas Property Code to both modernize the deed restrictions and protect the character of the community.
